Welcome to
the Melha Shrine Home Page
We have a great story to tell; who we are, and
what we do. So please feel free to explore the links below and see
what we are doing and learn more about us!. |
Who are the Melha Shriners?
They're men you know; your lawyer, the store owner
down the street, your neighbor, or maybe your uncle Bill-or any
of a wide variety of men with different backgrounds from throughout
the community. What these men share in common is that they like
to have fun; you see them in parades, you see them at the Shrine
Circus every Spring, maybe at one of the local malls passing out
burn prevention booklets or at some local event. They are a busy
group. |

What else do they do?
They like to have fun but they also serve a more
serious purpose. The Shriners support hospitals across North America
that provide orthopaedic, spinal-cord injury and burn care to children?all
free of charge. Two of these hospitals are here in Massachusetts?an
orhopaedic hospital in Springfield and a Burns Hospital in Boston.
They are well-respected hospitals that provide quality care in state-of-the-art
facilities and you can be a vital part of that distinguished hospital
system.
